Very comfortable and extremely good value.Easy acces to the city through frequent bus service.Even though there was major renovations taking place we were not inconvenienced. Staff were efficient and friendly which was important in creating a relaxed atmosphere around the reception area and lounge.
No coat hooks in bathroom..?

Very similar to any chain hotel world wide. Nothing to complain about in the quality of the accommodation.
When I approached the Reception Desk to check in there were three staff members there. Not one of them looked up from their paperwork to greet me. I finally interrupted them and a woman said 'You want to check in?'. Still no welcome and certainly not a smile. How simple is it to say 'Good Afternoon' and smile?
