The size of the room and the bath and shower in the WC
The room was too hot.
The TV had the slowest response to the remote.......
I had fish and chips in the bar and it was disgusting.......the batter was thick and the chips were re heated.
The breakfast was discounted to €10.00 and was tasteless and cold.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

The food was excellent, we choose the nice waiter every time! The room was on the club floor & I was impressed, very nice.
A general mistake was made at reception, they only took payment for one person instead of two, even though we both stood in front of the receptionist and gave her the pre-booking form will all the details. I gave her my card, but she never took the details which meant when I put our meal under our room number, therefore got unnecessarily chased for payment. I like things to run smooth & don't like running around solving other peoples problems when I away for a rest. I understand mistakes do happen, but I never got an apology and they genuinely treated me like I was going to do a runner!
