The efficient shuttle service. Very clean. Good service when first came to the hotel. Quiet.
Breakfast. The people were not welcoming and were not making eye contact. There was nothing special about the food. Breakfast was way over-priced for what was presented.
Because of the isolated location of the hotel, this is the only breakfast available. I probably won't be making another booking at this hotel.

I only stayed at the hotel one night prior to a flight to Toronto. I would stay in this hotel again and I would certainly recommend this hotel. I had been informed by relatives who have stayed in other Clayton hotels (i.e. Belfast) that they have always had a positive experience. The shuttle drivers to and from the airport were very helpful

The room was fresh and clean and we all had a great nights sleep prior to our flight and when we returned for an overnight stay before driving home, the experience was the same. Check in was friendly and fast. The breakfast was OUTSTANDING both for quality and choice and despite it being extremely busy the waitress found us a table instantly and then got our tea. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

The convenience of the shuttle allowed us to drop off our car at the airport a day early, thus saving us time and stress the following morning. We drove the car to the Avis lot, concluded our business with them, took their shuttle to the airport, where we had a short walk to Zone 16, and met the hotel shuttle. Lovely. Brilliant. Ahhhh...
Very nice bar with food service until 10. Prices reasonable and selection varied. Relaxing and soothing ambiance.

We were pleased to be able to check in at Noon, so we could get in last minute sightseeing before our flight the next morning. Staff was friendly, helpful and able to answer the few questions we had with ease. Dinner was delicious, staff attentive.
There was construction going on while we there. It appeared to be happening right behind the reception desk. This did make it hard to hear the staff behind the desk, waiting for a break in the noise to complete a sentence. Maybe it would have been better to move the reception desk temporarily to ease communication between staff and customer. Otherwise all was great
