Having spoken to your company about 3 booking which were made in error due to a fault in my internet connection I am still awaiting a refund of 459Euro which was promised to me last week but as of yet I have not received this refund. Initially I was only making one booking but 3 went through . Then due to unforeseen circumstances which occurred on the same day I needed to cancel that booking. Since Jan 30th I am waiting on that money which has been agreed to be refunded byyourcompany. As I am apensionerIwould appreciate this refund as soon as possible. Maureen Kavanagh

Helpful staff. Fairly easy access to city center. Excellent access bus and train. I really appreciated the free WiFi. Food was quite good.

Other than the bed, there weren't great places to sit and relax in the room itself.

Hotel is a nice, old building from the outside located in a good neighborhood. High selection of flyers for local site seeing available in the hotel.

Hotel interior looks much better on photos than it does live. Atrium smells of kitchen and hotel staff is not really friendly. Just standard doing their job. Room service does not exist, breakfast period only, and need to be announced day before.No option for any food being ordered after 10 p.m. in the bar, you can get the local pizza place number on the reception and order in. Room cleaning is really bad, apart from mending the bed, nothing else is being done - dirty cups or other can stay in the room for days, until specifically asked to be removed.

Yes. I asked for a smoking room on check in, and i recieved a non smoking room. I asked if I could be put in a quiet room, and I was put in a room beside a main road. The individual on the check out at reception was unprofessional, rude and failed to see why i was unhappy when I checked out. I informed reception that I would be back at 1.15 to check out as I had an exam in the RDS that morning. I was told that I would be charged a late check out fee- I was not told this when I first informed them, and then they tried to charge me the fee. Despite telling the person that I was then unhappy with my stay he and that I was never informed about this, he still proceeded to charge me 50 % of the late check out fee, and the individual was not greg, it was an older man. I would never stay in this hotel again because of it. I have also told all my friends about the bad experience. On one of the nights the room was so warm- I tried to call reception 4 times, and nobody answered to see if they had a fan- end result,I didn't sleep well, and was very uncomfortable.
