Situation and general comfort. Caring and pleasantly attentive staff.
We were not over-impressed by the Sunday Carvery which was adequate but no more. The restaurant was cramped and did not at all live up to the expectations of a 4 star hotel. No complaints about the staff.

The hotel receptionist was extremely helpful with directions and bus information for traveling to Dublin. The location of the hotel is about 20 minutes from city center.

Location was perfect for my trip to Dublin
Had read reviews prior to staying here and noticed a lot of references to noise late at night. Unfortunately I experienced the same thing, disappointing to note that there were no security personnel or hotel staff around to handle matters.

The surroundings were good and on a nice Summer day it should be very pleasant.
The bedroom was a bit cold.(1 small radiator for a large room) The duvet on the bed was dressed too far down the bed which left your shoulders exposed in a cold room.

The spaciousness, quietness in a busy area and convenience for my requirements on the days in question. I do not sleep well under a duvet and appreciated the availability of a blanket

Everything was as I expected it to be - excellent.... with one excecption... the breakfast.... Being charged €25 almost for two bowls of cereal, a tea, coffee and four pieces of toast was a bit "Irish"....
