grande chambre a trois lits
La télévision:trés mauvaise qualité d'image, pas de satelitte....
le coffre fort qui n'est pas fixe..... dont trés facile à emporter.....
Des traces, apparement récentes, sur la porte, causées surement par un tournevis, laissant penser que quelqu'un a essayer de pénétrer....

Caring attention to detail and welcome back by consistent Senior management. All queries /issues answered promptly. Superb breakfasts. Free wifi. Flexibility of staff. Understanding in shed loads when leaving early. Easy to recommend to others.

While booking thru Eurobookings.com, I noticed (after the fact) that the first night rate was 2.5x more than the other two nights. I inquired with "Euro" and they said to talk to the hotel. Upon arrival, I asked at the hotel and they said to talk with "EB" however, the desk clerk could not understand the rate difference for the first night - they weren't even fully booked. When we ret'd, I emailed "EB" again and they said that was an issue for the hotel. The volley continues. It wouldn't be so bad except that our room was very, very stinky from cigarette smoke. The staff was not overly friendly or helpful and our room was in a bldge. set well behind the main hotel. The fitness facility was unusable as the mildew smell was unbearable. The only plus was the accessability to buses. Would not recommend this hotel.

We were only biased because we could stay through a promotional offer at a much lower price. We would otherwise not have booked this hotel. We also investigated a B & B. But we are certainly 100% satisfied with our stay.

It was 5 or 6 when we lived there, I guess that says it all!
The only thing we disliked was the distance from the reception to the room it was very far!
