The helpfulness of the Staff. All questions were answered in a professional manner.
I wss pleased to learn about the nearby Tram stop. The Tram should be a part of the Ashlng ads. Very convenient!
The Ashling was a little hard to find on line but worth the search.

Very convenient to train station and Luas and hop on hop off tour bus. Good idea to put a key card hub near the room front door to power on electricity.

Good location, hop on hop off bus stop nearby was very convenient. Comfortable room.
Internet was useless, such poor quality it could not be used.

Location and restaurant had great food.
No refrigerators in room or ice makers. We had medication that needed to be kept cold. Was told they would store it in there kitchen.

Location, facilities, and cleanliness. Some staff friendly and helpful (Others less so). Free wi-fi.
Breakfast way overpriced. Some much more competitive and excellent early morning cafes within 100m (Just up the street between hotel and courthouse)

The staff, rooms and general appearance of the Hotel was first class. The Reception were particularly helpful.
The Hotel would do well to improve the standard of the coffee provided in the room. (It was totally disgusting and was the only awful thing in our stay). The rooms also need body lotion and shower gel - not just shampoo!

The staff were incredibly friendly, efficient and welcoming at all times. The hotel room was also great- we stayed in a superior double, it was a great size with an amazing bathroom!
We wouldve liked some bottled water in the hotel room
