Staff friendly especially when i lost the key. Bar was nice, Breakfast was good.
Car park a little small as coaches were parked on it.

We stayed 31/8-1/9 in room 128 and 5/9-6/9 in room 129. On both occasions we were awoken by the Television switching itself on at 04.00 hrs. This was presumably an alarm call set up by previous guests and caused severe inconvenience. We feel that something should be done to prevent this happening.

In late summer, despite appearances removed from the Campanile, it is difficult to sleep with the window open for air exchange, because of traffic near that generates noise.

The people are all freindly and they made us feel welcome. The evening meals were great so were the breakfasts. We would receommned them all the time for people wanting to visit Brussels.

The restaurant and the food was excellent.
The wi fi was free and worked.
There was no lift. The room was too hot. The mattress was foam which moulded to your body - it retained the heat! I was awake from 2.30am.
The position was next to a power station and the motorway.
