Mill Park Hotel

There were so many irritations we would not rush to go back. We arrived early on our first day so had lunch. Receptionist did say they would find us when our room was ready but didn't. When we reminded her she asked us to wait again and she would come over. An hour later she had forgotten. Not a good start. We asked for our bill to be made up the night before since we were leaving early for a wedding the next morning. Turned out the same receptionist had missed some of the details resulting in us having to hang around the following morning till the bill was updated. And there is more. Does nobody say good morning. The restaurant staff just wanted our room number. No smile, no civility. Another annoying point. We didn't expect to pay extra for a cap to use in the swimming pool or for that matter to pay extra for towels. No shampoo in the showers
