The room was consistent with what was announced. The reception is very friendly.
What we do sign a receipt at breakfast (this makes sense for a restaurant meal, not for breakfast).

Bedroom and hotel facilities excellent and good postion for the boat next day and for the last night in France lots of good resturants.
The receptionost was sickly. We have been there before and we didn t need a lenthgy talk about the hotel or the area after along car journey the breakfast was expensive but good but again te staff were a little aloof//

Nice hotel but very unresponsive to customers. We asked to replace a broken chair in our room. Promises yes but no action. At 4:30 a.m. the receptionist called (apparently by mistake) and woke us up and therby killed the rest of our night. We complained the next morning but the only thing we got was :"so sorry". Definetly not a place we shall come back to.

Very bad customer relations.
