Pleasant and professional staff. Very clean and comfortable room with very good quality bed linen, bath towels etc. The lounge/reception area and adjacent bar were very well set out and comfortable as well. Good breakfast too. I really appreciated this accommodation at the end of a fantastic trip to France, and only 150 m to the station to get our train back to Paris before flying home. I will happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dijon. I was pleasantly surprised to find this quality in a 3 star hotel.
My only issue was with the step up to the bathroom in my room through two strongly sprung wooden doors. I have a disability so that was a bit difficult.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

Comfortable room
Relatively expensive. Electrical installation and heating renovation. Shower head placed on the wrong side of the tub. More parking available and access was difficult due to the installation of a tram line.

Breakfast well stocked. Comfort and quiet of the room.
This is especially the location type "industrial area" which is annoying. Moreover, it is difficult to know via internet, if the spa is touted directly connected to the hotel. Shame.
