I enjoyed everything about my stay at this hotel and it delivered something i have not really experienced in years which was the full experience ....all staff were friendly and exceeded our expectations. Rooms were clean and very comfortable, location was perfect. Food and drinks were reasonably priced, cosy ambiance and lovely breakfast. It does the heart good to stay somewhere like this mostly because the staff made the EXPERIENCE

The close proximity to the Centre of Croydon, but more so that it was right opposite my two sons flat.
Yes. We walked into breakfast without being asked our room number, considering all the other tight security, anyone could have walked in off the street and helped themselves.

Near the conference room
I had booked from your website, but the first 2 days of my stay in Budapest send me to another hotel because it tells the system spoiled reservations. Aparadechto!!!
