The quality of service, friendly staff, space (which is quite nice), the breakfast, parking huge, beautiful view from the room.
The lack of isolation room to the outside, both the noise level (noise could be heard from outside at night) and light (the blinds did not close well). Compounding the above, the wind came in the room (until the blinds were moving, not giving more to close the windows / blinds! Earned warming). The room had a very weird smell that lasted throughout the stay.
