Excellent customer focus from the staff. Good value for money: small health club, indoor and outdoor pools on site and breakfast included in very reasonable room rate. Plenty of space to park.
Hotel, although clean, is a bit tired looking in the bedrooms and bathrooms and the air conditioning is very hard to control. We stayed twice - first night air conditioning was pretty ineffective, second time room freezing cold. Covilha is easy to reach from the main road, but the hotel is not within walking distance of any shops, bars or restaurants.
