The room was very clean, the bed very comfy. I worked in La Defense so very convenient to get to work every day either by feet or by metro. Kitchen fully equipped, fridge clean, no odours. The quality of the room is a bit lower than in Fraser Suites but you can expect the similar - it is very spacious. It was crowded at the reception but they managed to serve us all quickly. Will definitely stay there next time.
The drawer for cutlery was much worn.

This is not a hotel, or a comfortable apartment alternative. Perhaps other Citadines locations are in a better state, but this one felt very dated and in need of renovation. One of the least comfortable places I've stayed in years.

We were hanging sround to find a hotel more than three hours and the service in a hotel is very poor. There is no signboard for a hotel and I met one of my friend in a hotel suddenly and he also told me that it's very difficult to find a hotel. The size of a hotel is very small. The service of the staff in a hotel is not so good comparing to the UK hotels.

The fact that the apartments have all the equipment needed to stay. The price of the car park. The proximity to the metro station.
The lack of GPS coordinates, which led to numerous calls and turns until you find the hotel, access to parking. The apartment did not match the photos I had seen, so I expressed my displeasure at RECEIVING the hotel allegedly already there were no rooms available with window-balcony. The unpleasant odor near the elevator on the 11th floor, the contrast between the main entrance and corridors of access to the apartment.
