Service was good & staff very attentive.
Facilities good & excellent setting next to the golf course, yet so close to London.
Had meal in restaurant/bar - good service. Good quality food.
Hotel decor is looking a little tired and redecoration is due.

Comfortable room. Friendly staff. Drive now properly surfaced!
Wallpaper peeling. Stiff bath taps, shower difficult to control. Split in desk lampshade.

Nice location, good room size, warm and clean. Plenty of hot water. Would look to stay again.
It would have been great if we had been made aware prior to booking that this is a christmas party hotel - loud music until 12.30 - appreciate thats not very late but it feels it when you need an early night after a long flight.

Overall a very pleasant stay.
Food service in the bar was quick and food very nice.
Two things, the wifi internet connection was extremely slow and the main access road to the hotel requires re-surfacing.
