Cold water pressure too strong in basin,not complaining just reporting it.

Pleasant receptionist, good breakfast. Pleasant man at reception at night
I would expect 2 beds for two people sharing not a couch bed with a flimsy mattress with a shabby beige blanket and no bed spread/cover. No bar facilities after 1 30 am. No drinking water, getting some involved a tour of the hotel as dispensing machines had carbonated drinks. Very basic stuff to get right. Very poor service in the bar on arrival meeting group of friends. Got most orders wrong and never cleaned down the table after collecting previous guests dished.Very poor quality and bad value.

Accommodating friendly staff always had a smile and good humour, loved having complimentary newspaper, nice comfortable lobby area, delicious poprridge made to order as requested (made with water) and price reasonable, will return again when needed in Cork.
Despite my critical eye, not a thing !
