Position of hotel is excellent.
I had requested in house parking when I booked but when I arrived the garage was full and I had to use public parking at a higher cost. Receptionist could have been more helpful.

Its location and cleanliness.
The shortage of services, no minibar available, the parking is expensive, in the bathroom only offer the soap and also in short supply, air conditioning is not available (must be requested at reception), no coffee (except for breakfast which is very expensive.) More like a nice hostel than a hotel.

The kindness of all staff.
I miss a bar. This time I traveled alone with my sister, but if I had gone with friends or with my husband, got used to us to be an hour or so with a drink before going to bed.
