The hotel did not have a compendium nor did it have tourist brochures to highlight the local attractions. It appeared to be targeted to business travellers rather than tourists. The hotel reception staff spoke limited English and this made it difficult to request and receive information from them. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

I knew the grand hotel. Preserves the standard right, maybe the rooms would need to upgrade in style, but the price / quality ratio is very satisfactory.

Good hotel not that far away from the very nice city of Como. 10 minute boot trip from Como city center. Also not that far away from highway (ideal stop place when going to Toscany).

I THINK IT WAS A NICE HOTEL, A BIT OLD, NEEDS REFERBISHING. BREAKFAST WAS VERY BASIC, NOT UP TO 4 STAR LEVER, NO HOT FOOD, ONLY ONE CHOISE OF CHEASE, HAM ETC. THERE WAS NO DIET FOOD SELECTION, E.G. LOW FAT MILK... OVER I THINK IT WAS OVERPRICED FOR THIS
