Hotel very badly soundproofed, so that it is a 4 star ... means the television and conversations from the next room as if our neighbors were in our room ... over a hotel is placed at the roadside .... and very busy on the lake right in front there is a water landing area for seaplanes. hotel very noisy when it's hard to sleep, which is a shame for a hotel! because the first thing we are looking for in a hotel is being able to sleep!

We booked a deluxe double room and were allocated room 302 which had a real wow factor - spacious with huge windows on two sides looking over the lake and a huge balcony with table and chairs and sun lounger. We absolutely loved it. We also loved the electronic shutters which blocked out light and ensured a good night's sleep. We woke to a sunrise over the lake which was spectacular

The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The food in the Raimondi restaurant was the best we had in the area.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful location. James Bond atmosphere. Very comfortable rooms with a beautiful view over the lake and the mountains. Good beds with nice and not too soft mattresses. We will come back at a later time without children - it is the perfect place for a romantic weekend.

Bathroom not very exciting!!!! Bed excellent,wonderful view on the lake, excellent food. Reservation adviced to have a table on the terrace for the evening during the summer

The bathroom. Extra for the breakfast expensive!!!!15 euros for 1 omelette!!!

We appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Flori in Como. We have travelled around the world extensively so the rating is based on our experience of accommodation comparatively. Thank you, we did enjoy our stay immensely.

Restaurant Riamondi was superb and the service excellent. The view was magnificent. Hotel and restaurant staff helpful and friendly.
Would have liked an ironing board and iron in our room to press our clothes. Also would liked to have had tea/coffee making facilities in our room after our long trip and having arrived quite late via Milan. Both of these facilities may not be common place in Europe but you may consider offering facilities over and above those currently offered by others. We're very spoilt in our own country and perhaps take all this for granted. Just a suggestion that you may or may not wish to consider.
