The room and bath were large and clean but the customer service is beyond compare. I woke up late and rushed through security and realized I left my phone on the nightstand in my room. Security would not allow me to go back to the hotel so I call NH Lyon and the front desk sent someone to my gate to hand deliver my iPhone. This type of service is truly incredible. I wish I knew who was on NH Lyon's front desk on Tuesday, September 18th at 6am!!!
