Well and nicely received at check-in and check-out. Nice breakfast, although lacking green salad of some kind. Good situation.

Staff very helpful (apart from the room cleaner who did not replenish the hospitality tray correctly on more than ONE occasion)
Taxi fare was advertived on Hotel Web-site as being approx 50 euro. The fare we were charged was 107 euro! Not happy but late at night with out option. Complained to staff and they have now changed the approx fare to 75 euro!

The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. The breakfast was included in the price and has a wide range of choice.
The spa facilities were ok, although the pool temperature was quite cold. The bedroom didn't have air conditioning and it got quite uncomfortably hot.

Very small room, oldish bathroom. Maybe a five star hotel but room did not reserve more than three starts. Excellent breakfast, and pool area was also very nice. Friendly staff. It was an excellent weekend offer we got, so all in all value for money even if below expections.
