Gute Atmosphäre, freundliches Personal, Lage ist sehr gut!
Anfahrtsbeschreibung zum Parkplatz sollte besonders genau erfolgen. Eventuell Hinweis im Straßenbereich vor dem Hotel. Beim Frühstück wäre ein Fischangebot empfehlenswert.

The Hotel is excellent from service to facilities and staff. Very friendly and cosy.
The TV channels need a bit to be wider in coverage. some variety of FTA channels with movies and some of Music would add a flavor to your stay. The available radio channels on TV are 40% of the time broadcasting adds in local language, being a foreigner, and not knowing the language was a hassle.

Excellent location about the best in Cologne for the shops and old town. Great breakfast but bit pricey if not included with the room. Nice pub within the hotel. Spotlessly clean and nice staff. Good safe parking and fair price.
No tea or coffee making facility in the room. Only news in english on the TV.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay in the Hotel. There are little things that, if made available by the Hotel, would have made my stay much more convenient. For example, no wheelchair was available when I requested one for my mother and very limited English TV channels are available. In addition, the gym had very little fitness equipment. Otherwise, I liked the Hotel very much and I intend to go back again.

The staff were very prompt, informative, helpful and friendly. I also enjoyed the location very much.
Minor things such as limited fitness equipment in the gym (no weights whatsoever) and very limited English tv channels offered.
