Ravitaillement au Spa (Bar) médiocre, peu de discipline des visiteurs au Sauna,Relax-room: Pas de serviette sous le corps, les pieds ds le Sauna, maillots de bain ds la Sauna, discours à haute voix --> un surveillant serait nécessaire

There was no room booked, although I had a receipt via email. It's really too bad.

Dorint was conveniently located opposite Koel Messe. So if you r going for business thats the place to be. Rooms were spotless and nicely decorated. The maisonette is particularly confy. There are very nice restaurant in the hotel. Reasonably priced with very nice staff and great food. Also very conveniently located near public transport. There is a tram stop just outside the hotel and the train from airport stops just 5 mins walk away. I would definitely stay again at Dorint at my next visit.
Staff in the reception was not very nice. The receptionist referred to me as "she" when she talked to her colleague. Requested for a brush to clean my coat and they were most unwilling to find me one. No sleepers in the room and no complimentary bottle of water. Only water in the mini bar costs 5.50 euro.

Extremly noisy at the main hall. There was a party.
