Main reason for choosing Hilton Cobham: Rate

Very friendly staff, the indoor pool and the steam room are the main facilities to be considered in winter time. The buffet for breakfast offers lots of choice . One of the general managers was always around to assist the hotel guests and giving a hand to the staff if necessary.
For the in house guests was no availability for Christmas Day lunch and the Boxing Day brunch, being very hard to find a restaurant open in area on those days.

We visit each year for hampton court flower show, and the location of this hotel is perfect. The rooms are adequate, comfortable and clean.
This is the first time we have been allocated a ground floor room at cobham, which i would avoid in future.

The room and location of the hotel. Breakfast and dinner were very good.
We were not able to contact the staff to arrange for a wake-up call. We had to ask for soap and toilet tissue several times during our 3 day stay. This was quite annoying.

The room was in the corridor with all the conference facilities on ground floor. The room over looked cars directly outside the room. The twin room was very cosy/small the singlebed was not soft and comfortable, a bit hard. There was no fridge in the room and no hot chocolate in hospitality tray. Also for soap and bath wash there was only one for my son and myself, we used 80% on first evening for 2 day visit. They were not checked and refilled - disapponting. Also for pool the attendant refused for my 9 year old son to accompany me as supervising adult into changing areas, I found this insulting.

Location good.
Expensive for 2 night stay , sterile environment.
