Staff were ok but not friendly and breakfast was nice.
The bed was so uncomfortable I nearly had pressure sores in the morning ! The matress had lumps and bumps in it. Not what I would expect from a 4* property. Deco was drab but clean. I thought this was so over priced and definatley not 4*.

Room very comfortable except mattress which was too soft. Breakfast facilities could be much improved with location in dining room. This is a pub and we were seated right in the aisle where the cleaners were busy with cleaning the bar area. On our first morning a vacuum cleaner was turned on beside us!

Location and nice airy room
Slightly overpriced. Note above comments re. breakfast area.
