Le personnel est très serviable et souriant. En arrivant vous etes acceuillis par une charmante jeune femme à l'accent italien (fermer les yeux vous etes au coeur de la Toscane :)
Le matin, buffet complet pour le petit déjeuner servi par Marie qui avec son sourire vous mets de bonne humeur. L'hotel sait s'entourer d un bon personnel.

The staff were superb. We came in late but were very accommodating.
No complaints - clean, comfortable and an excellent price.

Great Location-Clean Room. Room was small but, beds were clean! Location was excellant! For €1,80pp each way, you can travel on bus 171 directly to Versailles and take the same bus the other direction to the Metro and at 6 stops you are at Trocadero, best view of the Tower. Staff was friendly. Also, the in the room hot water cooker was immaculate! Normally it grosses me out to use them as they are dingy and calcified but this one was clean.
The resturant in the hotel was over priced and didn't offer many vegeterian options. But for a meat eater, there are many choices.
