Friendly staff, very amenable, comfortable and easy to find
Although the rooms and the hotel were very clean the corridor was a bit smelly!

No evening dining facility, most guests seemed to use the nearby Buffalo Grill.

Parking was good. Good lift and luggage trolleys supplied. Generally friendly staff.
Sheets and blankets were supplied which we prefer to too-hot duvets.
The mattresses very firm or hard - we noted that a previous visitor had complained about it.
Lack of week-end restaurant facilities. With only one other restaurant available in walking distance we would have expected better provision in house.
