The "telephone" of the shower was very massive and not confortable

Food particularly the breakfast options.

This hotel is ideally situated for your stay in Chaminoix. The meals were very good with plenty of choice. The room was a little tired, but clean and welcoming.

Sevice in the restaurant was absolutely rock bottom. When one looks at what one pays, one must expect that the service is then. The treatment we got in the morning was terrible. We had little time due to early flight. As we have done before at the request of the staff we met up 7 minutes before serving breakfast opened. The buffet was ready, but we were greeted by a sour woman who insisted that we had to wait until at 5 Thus, no breakfast for us. When we mentioned this at reception on check-out we had only one hips on the shoulder and told that dettte was not his table. We live in a hotel around the world several times a month, but like the treatment you have to look long for.

Its location - very close to bus stop to go to ski lifts. Breakfasts were good also.

The wellness centre needs to be upgraded, is a bit shabby. Dinners on some nights were not so great.

Hotel manager and some of front desk staff. Very rude, unprofessional, unfriendly, intimating, ignorant.............. I do not recommend this hotel (simply because of its staff) to anyone!
