Main reason for choosing Mercure Cergy Pontoise Centre: Location
The reception, when I arrived.
Asked me to wake up at 6:30. Did not, and had to pay 15 euros for a taxi that was waiting at the gate. They claimed that the phone did not answer (I was dumb) - but then why not knock on my door? For me, there is no reason not to wake the guest when he so requested. Most will not return to the hotel, indeed to any Mercure.
