Thr entire spa area and pool area is fantastic,about the best, the walks are great and even a guide if required.
a lot of our group thought the celler bar lets the hotel down a bit, its disjointed and the tiny tables are not suitable for enjoying s meal or a drink. its a pity because overall its a nice hotel.

We arrived by car in dreadful weather conditions, and were met by very helpful staff, who helped us unload our bags,and walked us through reception, parked our car for us and return our keys to reception-what more could you ask? Next morning the staff drove us to the car park, supplied us with a scraper to get the snow from our windscreensand gave us advice on the safety of the local roads

Facilities, grounds, staff all excellent
The restaurant ambiance could be better as could the service there, not in keeping with surroundings - (food just ok – actually had better dining experience in Bar for some reason!)
