Main reason for choosing Miramare: Location
It was a large comfortable room, a good beach was across the road and the airport was nearby and there was heaps of car parking space. The planes were not a worry as they were not flying during the night. It was a good stop off point as we were leaving Sicily the next morning but one could also enjoy a few days at the beach there. When we arrived there was literally no public parking space for over a kilometre so it was a great relief to be able to drive straight in. The staff were helpful.
The food was pretty average but O.K.

Main reason for choosing Miramare: Location
Staff were pleasant and the hotel was well placed.
Our room (although reasonably comfortable), overlooked an area which contained rubbish bins. Therefore, we were unable to open the windows as the noise & smell from the vicinity was unpleasant and unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working. Hence, we spent a very hot & sleepness night.

Main reason for choosing Miramare: Rate
Friendly staff. Room was basic but clean.
Located near the airport. On the one hand this is positive but the negative consequence is the low-flying aircraft.
