Pleasant hotel staff helpful.found facilities limited for example i ask for an iron and ironing board to be told they dont have one . this is a very basic rquest .the door in the bathroom was rubbing on the floor so each time i opened it it made a dreadful scratching noise . not good in the middle of the night . will not be staying there again .
