Clean, super friendly staff, excellent food in the dining room, waitstaff in dining room was outstanding. All around nothing in the least to complain about.

Access to the Bay area
The room I was in was on level 1 (Rm 122) which was too easily overlooked from the patio outside. It was therefore not possible to open the curtains in the morning because of the possibility of people outside being able to see into the room.

Comfortable bed and view from window.
Have been a frequent visitor to Hotel - feel it has become shabby - not enough lounging areas to sit in - as weather.

The views, the pool and the generally efficient and polite staff
Restrictions on swimming times and access to spa facilities for our well-behaved and responsible 11 year old daughter and a member of staff suggesting that her presence would disturb other residents.

Great breakfast.
Evening meal was average quality/value. Excessive streetlighting at night from carpark and the centre still penetrates the 'lightproof' curtains. Bar area should be separate from dining area and is more like a night club.

clean and nice
Charge for paying by credit card of 2.5 GBP was petty. i have never experienced this before in any other hotel.
