Received a complimentary room upgrade because it was a birthday celebration, the views from our room were amazing with 3 floor to ceiling windows.

We liked the whole experience, friendliness of staff, comfortable room, amazing view, great location. We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and the young lady at the reception very kindly upgraded us business class when she heard the occasion.
We have decided to stay again at Radisson Blue the next time we visit Cardiff.

The hotel was very clean and friendly also very close to Cardiff city centre.
During stay we found that there was a noise in the ventilation system I think, we didn't have the heating on in the room or aircon but this noise was very loud through the night which kept us awake. We explained this to the staff when leaving in the morning which was very early as we were already awake.

The view from our room was fantastic and a stones throw from the CIA. the staff were very professional and friendly and the breakfast was really lovely.
The only problem I had with the hotel was that the headboard in the room was very badly marked and personally desperately needs replacing. other then that I absolutely loved the room. I would have given the cleanliness a 10 but the headboard seriously let the room down. but everything else was great and the bathroom very roomy I have recommended the hotel to a friend for location.
