Location
Breakfast! Behind the times. Preparing the vacent tables for lunch while the breakfast customers are waiting for someone to offer a tea or coffee. This is so irritating, especially when paying top dollar. It appears the staff have done a course to avoid eye contact with the customer.

The location, the reception staff was really great.
The first thing is that I had booked twin beds and we had to fight to change rooms. The price of breakfast and room service is huge against the choice and quality offered. The catering was really limited. For a short stay is a good address but no more than 2 days.

Very nice hotel and the people are very courteous.
- Dinner is not every day in the same good quality. Had the same thing twice, but qualitatively very different. - The rooms were dusty, white dusted off when were not modified. The rest was clean! - Internet in the hotel should always be free.

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL WITH LOVELY STAFF, MY ONLY NEGATIVE THEIR WAS A WEDDING PARTY WHO SPENT MORE TIME CONGRGATED OUTSIDE OF THE THE STEPS OF THE HOTEL WHICH MADE IT VERY DIFFICULT TO PUSH PAST TO GET IT AND OUT ,MAYBE A SMOKING AREA IS NEEDED OUT THE BACK OF THE HOTEL AS IT CAN BE RATHER INTIMIDATING. ALSO ON THE WAY BACK TO OUR ROOMS WE FOUND A COUPLE HAVING SEX NEAR THE SECOND FLOOR AND A LAD BEING SICK WHICH I KNOW IS OUT OFF YOUR CONTROL JUST LEFT A BIT OFF A TASTE !!
