Rooms were spacious-parking was private.

Breakfast was overpriced as restaurant nearby was half the price

Good inexpensive hotel, very conveniently located for Cardiff visit.

No two members of staff gave us the same information about breakfast, and their written information did not accord with what happened in practice. The leaflet stated that continental breakfast was available until 12 noon. One of the Recception staff told us this was only at weekends and anything else required after 10.00 had to be ordered. On the first morning (Thursday), just the hot food was cleared away at 10.00 and everything else remained available. On the second morning the hot food was left out, but the cereals were cleared away at 10.00, and everything else was gradually removed from around 10.30 onwards.

Clean hotel, staff friendly and helpful, good value for money.

Very helpful and friendly staff although they were very short handed. Poor girl had to front the desk and work in kitchen area.

The temperature of the room was slightly cold in the morning but it wasn't that uncomfortable since I am going to have a nice hot shower, unfortunately the temp.of the water from the shower has been set to a maximum which was not hot enough for my need which let me leave much colder than when started and annoyed.
