Very helpful staff. accommodation at very reasonable cost. Food available also. I am back there this week. 26th june. I drive from Pembroke to Bournmouth twice a year and break journey on way ove rand back. will recommend the hotel to colleagues.Also it takes pets (we have a dog)

For me it was all good.

The room and its fittings - it was very clean

The manager MLCousek parks his car in one of the 2 disabled parking bays. When his receptionist asked him to move it, as the other bay was occupied, he refused. I have serious walking difficulties & a modified car with hand controls and was forced to make a painful and slow walk for almost the entire length of the building in the pouring rain.

Just off the M4 motorway, petrol station on site. Also restaurant but did not use this so unable to comment.

The rooms could do with an update,ie painting & the cleanliness could be of a higher standard, mildew in shower and generally looked dirty. The heating didn't seem to work rang reception and asked a heater to be offered a extra duvet as they did not have spare heaters. It was the room itself that was cold not the bed.

Very ice stay. Room clean and great shower which keeps us happy! Have put positive feedback on Trip Advisor too.

Childrens bed was a little lumpy but they swapped ends and didn't feel need to comment at time.
