The location and the breakfast
Yes absolutely - we were charged at a different rate from that on the Internet i.e. £214 for a double room without breakfast - being advertised was a cheaper rate plus breakfast. I asked for a refund for above plus the fact there was no pool (although this was advertised -it was under refurbishment)

Thought the location was fantastic and the staff very friendly. good food in ythe restaurants and a very friendly bar !!!
Not really. There was one broken draw in the room that hadn't been repaired that should have been !!!

The hotel is clean, the staff very friendly and helpful and the breakfast fantastic. Thank you.
There were a few problems. The A/C was not working. The telephone link to room service was not working, we had to go through housekeeping. Some of the lights on the elevator buttons were out and the numbers on the floors were hard to read.

I was disappointed that although I thought I had booked room with breakfast, I was told whilst waiting to be seated for breakfast that I had not paid for it. Very embarrassing and disappointing and turned what looked like a good deal into a not very good deal.
