Future Inns Cardiff Bay

One of the best rooms I have ever stayed in

Vending and ice machines not available Directions - not clear about how to access carpark

Location was perfect, staff pleasant and helpful.

There were 4 of us in the room , 2adults 2kids, but only 2 towels supplied

Close proximity to Cardiff Bay, tea + coffee + biscuits in room

Room temperatures were very hot and no ability to open a window, shower was damaged and not particularly powerful

Good sized room in a good location for our requirements while staying in the Bay

Breakfast,Good Size Beds and Room.

Spacious rooms,ease of/free parking and location.

Air conditioning became mechanically noisy and we had to turn it off.On our late arrival,the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful.However we felt another receptionist on our departure and one or two breakfast staff were not as friendly and helpful as we have previously experienced.This was rather disappointing though we will stay with Future Inn again.

The room was spacious and clean with a few little extras not normally seen when away on business. I liked the temperature control in the room although it was a little noisy. Had seen previous moans about the noise from the road side of the hotel , I was on this side and did not notice a problem. the beds were comfy and I liked the range of TV channels. Nice to have a bath AND a shower. Free Wi-Fi was brilliant!!!

Only 2 little gripes!! breakfast in the morning was a bit chaotic. I had to find a staff member to give them my hotel room and most of the empty tables had not been cleared so it looked really untidy , although I appreciate it that it was a abusy time of day! However the food quality was good. The only other thing , and it is minor. 24 hr room service is advertised but no details of what is available is in the room. as a female lobe traveller i often feel uncomfortable to eat in the restaurant and would like to have details in food availability in the room. I ended up eating crisps and sandwiches I brought from my conference!!

Always a pleasure to stay at Future Inns Cardiff which we have done many times
