J'ai trouvé très pénible 2 choses :
> le temps pris pour saisir toutes les données de ma carte d'identité alors que la chambré était prépaye. J'aurais pu laisser la Carte d'identité et la reprendre plus tard.
> la complexité du "déposit". Ma chambre était prépayée mais pour diner au restaurant il fallait faire une manip avec ma carte sauf si je voulais payer au restaurant directement. COMPLIQUE !!!

Staff were not very friendly, they were disinterested. When we complained about something 'hard' being in the pasta, it was claimed that the grain of rice had been poured from the salt shaker, when this was not used.
