The restaurant is highly recommended. The attention of the waiter was so good we thought it was part of the family regentea place. Everyone was very courteous and friendly, one felt very comfortable and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended for the night there and use it as a base to visit Lugano and its surroundings without using the highway in Switzerland if you are passing, thus saving the tax.

We knew this hotel - from a previous trip. what strikes me is the friendliness and helpfulness, on May 1 in Italy with an alkaline battery into battery empty within the hour and sit by the hotel representative helped-just as a service.

Friendliness. The responsibility of the operator sense. buy the building across the street to the singularity of his congregation to protect. has a nice infrastrucuur built for families.

This hotel was very nice, confortable end the food was very good. Only for the breakfeast, the service was not really good, we must always ask for drink, for bred, .....

Nice hotel, good situated in particular for travelers on the way to or from Italy. Wonderful diner, very good food, menu card and wine list. Nice to have diner outside. Breakfast was very good and be taken care for. All people were without exception very nice. We were very glad that we good communicate in English so we could understand eachother.

Everything, the room, the diner, the breakfast and all the people.
If I have to mention anything, I would make a remark concerning the lack of an airconditioning. But in fact everything was perfect.

Charming hotel. Large spatious rooms and very friendly staff. Very good breakfast (unfortunatly did not test restaurant since closed that day, but good recommendation for restaurant given by staff) No airco (normally not an issue but during my stay it was very hot).

Charming & authentic hotel and friendly staff Excellent as stopover when traveling further south
