Warwick Brussels

Albeit it is true that the RWGPH is a comfortable very well located hotel, in my opinion it misses a few things in order to give it the category of luxury. Our room was too small in order to host 2 people, and only 1 bathrobe was provided instead of 2. The 2nd bathrobe was provided when requested. Internet was not always available in the Business Room (for instance in w/e), and the rates were too high for the type of connections provided. The cards provided to enable the connections were of single use, and it was not possible to use the card on more than 1 occasion. There were only 2 PCs available, and most of the time they were occupied. The breakfast was very complete and of high quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful and made efforts to provide us with everything that we needed. At the times of checking in and out, lack of staff let to large and unnecessary cues. This could be fixed by including more staff in Reception in peak hours.

Very convenient arrangement. The friendly personnel. Rooms are a little bit darkish.
