This so called 4 star hotel cannot even find me an electric Adaptor upon check in , asked me to go to the store & buy one at 9pm at nite , in a rainny day . I think this is a bad service hotel , cannot be a 4 star hotel .

Quiet room
Good location
In room 2606 the shower head faces the wall at won't stay in the position you want it to be. The iron provided in the ironing room is a disgrace and maybe even unsafe. The soap and shampoo was of poor quality.

The room service was excellent, it was clean and very calm place for having a rest after a stressful day in EU Capital. The location was great, just in front of Metro station where you can connect with other main stations of the city, and also with the Administration District, while the old city center is 10-15 minutes walk.
The acces to the reception desk was a bit odd, you have to get one floor down.
