The Location.
No Room Service. For everything, I had to come to the reception. Water was not given everyday to the room. The reception is not warm & nice rather quite arrogant. For everything they say it is a 4 star hotel so we do not provide any services. The toilet was not clean.

I liked the location downtown, close to the Rue Neuve and 5 minutes walk from the Grand Place. Easy parking on the street. The breakfast buffet was very good.
Room very small. Bathroom with toilet very basic and small. The peeling paint on the ceiling and the bath not very clean. The room was hot when we arrived (20h). It took all night with the air conditioning for at least that it has an appropriate temperature. We had a bad night because of the sweltering heat. In the morning the maid came 2 times in the room after briefly knocked on the door, not even had time to reply that it had already opened the door! The first time at 8:30 in the morning (a Saturday!). Benefit very average for a 4 stars.
