Breakfast is very nice
1. difficulty in Dutch to be served 2. Room 1113 and how to lobby and breakfast room facelift 3. no insulation in the room, via connecting door to another room was very noisy 4. ill wind through old windows and insulation windows, howling wind in the room was very uncomfortable

Overall every thing was good. just some basics that did not go well 1. The light were failuing 2. Unexpectly the lounge was close for the week end and this also made the breakfast hopeless (long que and no food available)

It is my choice hotel. I find consistant arrangements worldwide. This does not leave me in the dark what to expect (generally)

A very impersonal hotel..The room and bathroom were far from being luxurious,and not well maintained...THe rate of 310 without breakfast was far too much...as many others were paying less.Housekeeping did respond quickly to demands of different services. Breakfast was good ...but quite expensive.

I had a great time at the hotel.its location offered opportunity for relaxation.imagine the grand place just behind the hotel with lots of resturants and bars.it was fun

The level of professionalism of the satff and cleanliness of the hotel.Most importantly the hotel location.
