The lift could be better

- All major touristic points in BXL downtown are really close to your hotel. - The hospitality of your staffers was well-appreciated. - The breakfast in all of its aspects is great and the food served is good. - The lobby staff (reception) was always polite and helpful. - The internet speed was good enough. - The rest was also OK.

- The total of internet paid was not costly, so it can be free of charge for guests for the time being... This is a proposal. - The room was too small. This was your room N° 108. - The tightness of your window was not good in your room. The cold air all the time came in at the bottom corners of your window. - There was no proper storage capacity in your room for our goods what we brought with us... Not enough and no proper shelves, cabinets and drawers, as much it would have been required by my wife and me. - The bottom parts of your twin beds in your room were looking, as two "catafalques", which are repressing, repulsing and tossing away for sure the guests. Please change those black covers (bedsheets). - There are fewer electrical 220V sockets, as it would be needed normally in your room, or they are installed in bad places, or they are covered, or obstructed by some furniture. - The electricity in your 220V socket inside the bathroom, one piece just behind the door is directly connected to the lamp switch for the bathroom. When the switch is OFF, there is no electricity in your socket... Inconvenience during the charging job of mobile phones. - No more negative aspects enlisted.
