The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Room was clean and appeared to me recently renovated.
I thought it was a shame there was no English language news (BBC or CNN) on the television but only local stations.

This is the fifth time I stay at the same Hotel. What I like about it - other than the ratings given above - is its central position and proximity to a taxi station and the Rogier subway station, as well as the shopping facilities in the neighborhood.
What is missing is the possibility to have a light evening snack after a long day's work without going out to a restaurant. It would be good to keep open the cafeteria/breakfast room till at least 19.30-20.00 hours.

I enjoyed my 3-day stay at this hotel very much. The staff were very friendly, I had a really sweet room too.

The decoration is very pretty. I also liked that they had a key card to access the hotel from the outside.
The breakfast was a little pricey at 20 Euros. Also, sometimes there was a slight whiff from the bathroom (petroleum-like smell).
