The staff at the reception are very helpful and polite, I love the decor,good choice of breakfast,
I wasn't too keen on the scrable egg, as it seem a bit runny, the shower position is ackward to use.

The size of the room is generous. Im comparing it with hotels in Amsterdam and London. very comfortable and classy.
Yes! no free wi-fi which is very important nowadays. and the charging of late check-out is a bit annoying. Ibis didn't charge us.
