De ligging van het hotel is perfect. Ze zit zo bij de winkels en leuke cafeetjes.
Jammer dat je moet betalen voor Wifi. Je zou meer verwachten van een 4 sterren hotel. Het is een prima hotel maar ik vind het geen 4 sterren waard.

Right room, excellent breakfast (served by very friendly staff). Hotel very well located (in the historical center of the capital). In general, correct.
It gave us an extra bed (we were one adult and 3 children), the mattress had a broken Leja. We went to reception but no part was fixed in 3 days. I asked for room service shaving cream 2 times, but never arrived. The wireless key we provided did not work on my iphone any of the 3-day stay.

This hotel is very nice because it is close to tourist sites of downtown Brussels, the reception is nice and clean. Big advantage is just opposite the metro.

It was very close to my desired location and the room was clean
Internet was NOT included. It is a 4 star hotel, charging 18 € for 24 hours is ridiculous.
The bed was much too hard.
The breakfast buffet was not worth the 23 € they charged

The overall ambience.
Late night access was extremely problematic, despite the clear note on the door advising to ring the bell, no one answered. There was no kettle in my room for morning coffee. I reported both these points to the staff when checking out.
